Şerife Bilgiç-Erdem

Biography

She was born in Konya in 1992. She completed her primary, secondary, high school and university education in Konya.

In 2012, under a Korean Government Culture Scholarship, she spent time in South Korea gaining experience in the Korean language and culture. In 2014 she took her first steps into the guiding profession in Cappadocia. Since 2018 she has been working as a professional tourist guide in Korean, English and Turkish.

Alongside her work in tourism, Dr. Şerife Bilgiç-Erdem also pursues an academic career; she holds a doctoral degree in education. Combining her academic knowledge with her guiding experience in culture, history and tourism, she offers her guests a qualified and comprehensive guiding service. She is also married and the mother of one child.
